The shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, the time you place your order, and availability of items.
At the time of processing your order, we will show you the shipping methods available, the charges and the estimated delivery date.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
HOME DELIVERY
- USPS delivery in 2-4 working days ~$ 5.95
- USPS next day delivery ~$36(depending on delivery address)
Please keep in mind if your order includes multiple items corresponding shipping costs will be charged.
If you made your purchase as a registered user, you can change the delivery address by accessing your order details in your account; should it still be possible per the status of your order.

When placing the order, we will provide you with the estimated delivery date. Then you can track it from your account or, if you purchased as a guest, from the link in any of the emails we have sent you about your purchase.

If the purchase has been finalized, the selected shipping method cannot be changed.

Sometimes a delivered package can be misplaced or received by someone else at your address. Please follow these steps to help locate your order: Wait 72 hours: Occasionally, couriers mark packages as delivered a bit early. Please wait 72 hours from the ‘delivered’ status before reporting it as missing. Check around and track your order: Look in all possible delivery locations, including mailrooms and with neighbors or building staff who might have accepted it on your behalf. Also, we recommend you to use the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email or in your account order details. You can often find the courier’s proof of delivery there too. Contact the courier: In many cases, the courier can provide more details or help locate the package. Still missing? If you can’t locate your package after 72 hours and the courier is unable to help, please contact our customer service team.
