      My Purchases

      We will explain the purchase process on our website below, it’s very easy!

      • You can make an online purchase at KaMaBoo as a registered user or as a guest. For the latter option, we will ask you for information necessary to complete your order.
      • You must add the items to the bag, choose where you want to receive them, and complete the payment. We give you the option of saving your payment information so you can make future purchases more quickly.
      • Once you have completed your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with all of the order information.
      • You can track your order from your account.  If you made your purchase as a guest,you can request a return by clicking the “Manage Your Order” link in any of your order or shipment confirmation emails.

      Your order will go through these steps:

      • Purchased: you have completed your purchase correctly.
      • Shipped from the warehouse: the order has already left our facilities.
      • Out for delivery: your order is on its way, you will receive it shortly.
      • Delivered to the customer: your order was delivered.

      CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ONLINE ORDER
      If you have placed your order and want to change it, we will reply to your possible concerns here.

      Can you cancel your order?

      You can cancel a purchase whenever the status of the order allows it. If it is available, you will see this option in your KamaBoo account, in the order detail.  If you made the purchase as a guest, you can manage it from the link found in your order confirmation email.

      Can you change the delivery address for your order?

      If you are a registered user and have selected home delivery, you can change your shipping address whenever its status allows. You can do it by accessing the order detail from your account.

      Can you change items from your order?

      If you have completed the purchase it is not possible to remove or change the items. If you would like, once you receive the order, you can create an exchange or a return (if it’s not personalized).
